"What a joy and a privilege it is to volunteer with the Rio Grande Cancer Foundation. It is a wonderful organization with a noble goal - that of helping cancer patients through their cancer journey. I am immensely blessed and grateful to spend time with cancer patients, the family members and friends who support them, and the medical community who serve and treat them. These are all very special people. They show me on a daily basis an amazing largeness of heart, contentment for life and what it holds, and unbounded courage to face the day ahead.
