Face-to-face community support and vital educational information are a powerful combination. That’s why at the Rio Grande Cancer Foundation, we offer two spacious, well-appointed meeting rooms to businesses and professional organizations seeking to support our important mission. The Edmunds Conference Room has seating for 25, and our RGCF Classroom seats 30.
Rooms are available from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. on Friday, excluding holidays. Evening and Saturday use are considered on a case-by-case basis. In lieu of a room fee, organizations are asked to donate to the Foundation. Finally, note that reservations are required two weeks in advance.
