EL PASO, TX (KTSM) – On July 10, Glory Road Barbershop will be hosting the Gents & Friends Shave-a-thon, a three-part fundraiser for the Rio Grande Cancer Foundation.
Mark your calendars for a truly impactful event as the esteemed barbers from Glory Road Barber Shop donate their time and talent to the highly anticipated Gents & Friends Shave-a-thon. Patrons will have the opportunity to purchase $25 tickets, granting them an indulgent hot towel shave experience, with every penny of proceeds benefiting the Rio Grande Cancer Foundation. This remarkable initiative is set to take place from 12 pm to 4 pm at an outdoor space located at 140 Montecillo Suite B-3 in El Paso, TX.
Building on the success of previous years, the Gents & Friends event introduces an exciting addition—a Team Obstacle Course Challenge. Contestants will embark on the exhilarating Gents & Friends Course, featuring a range of thrilling obstacles sponsored by esteemed organizations such as Palo Verde Homes, Aqua Addicts, DeadBeach Brewery, Desert Sun Institute, and Apollo Solar. From high-knee tire runs to tire flips, beer pong, football throws, squats, and push-ups, participants will test their mettle and support men's health in a fun and engaging way.
